We provide professional pest control services, including but not limited to termite control, general pest control, rodent control, and mosquito & tick treatment, primarily in Lake Worth, FL, and surrounding areas.

3. Booking and Service Process

Services are initiated by submitting a request through our website or contacting us directly. We will conduct an inspection (when applicable) and provide a custom treatment plan and quote. Services are scheduled upon mutual agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on property size, pest type, and infestation severity. We provide transparent, upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective treatment, customers agree to: provide accurate information about the pest issue, ensure safe and timely access to the property, and follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians.

6. Guarantees

We offer a Free Re-Service Guarantee and a Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement and provided that the customer has adhered to our preparation and maintenance guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% effectiveness, we are not liable for pre-existing property damage caused by pests. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida. We encourage amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.

9. Intellectual Property
